The staff were lovely and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The pool was a great place to lounge and soak up the sun. We also enjoyed the complimentary cookies and postcard upon arrival, a nice touch.

Our room was located on the third floor without an elevator, which was a bit of a trek with our luggage. Additionally, the steak we ordered for dinner was a bit tough and fatty.

Enjoyed the Thanksgiving feast, which came with complimentary wine and pie. Location was great, as there were multiple shops and restaurants nearby. Appreciated the outdoor pool and hot tub, which provided a nice place to relax after a day of exploring.

The room was in need of some maintenance, with scuffed up woodwork and stained carpet. The blinds didn't completely block out light, which made it difficult to sleep in. decent stay but could use some sprucing up.

The hotel's breakfast restaurant served a delicious spread and the location was convenient. The room service was prompt and efficient, and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from my room. The leisure facilities were great - I especially enjoyed the gym and the pool was a wonderful place to unwind.

The noise level could be improved.

New Year's at this hotel was amazing! We loved the complementary champagne and appetizers offered during the countdown. The location, right in the heart of the city, allowed us to easily explore the area. Another great aspect was the cozy fireplace in our room, perfect for the winter season.

There were a few negative aspects. The parking situation was inconvenient and we had to park a bit far from the hotel. Also, the staff at the restaurant seemed a bit disorganized and it took a while to get our food. However, the delicious meal made up for the wait.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and friendly, making my experience more enjoyable. The location was also a pleasant surprise, as it was conveniently located near a farmer's market on Thursday nights.
